
HOW TO BOOK
1. Choose from any of the three rental packages we have to offer:
Weekend: 3 nights- Depart Friday (Return Monday Morning)
Midweek: 4 nights- Depart Monday (Return Friday Morning)
Week: 7 nights- Depart Monday (Depart Monday Morning, Return Monday Morning)

2. Fill out the necessary information as completely as possible and deliver it to us at the time of departure.
3. Call us at (877)277-6111 for available dates for the season. Your vacation will not be 'booked' until we receive your $500 non-refundable deposit. We accept Cash, all major Credit Cards, and Checks.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable rental deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due within 60 days of your departure date. (For the 2010 season, payment in full must be recieved in full 3 days from receipt of deposit). A rental term is generally a minimum of 3 days depending on boat model and season. Some models are only available for a 3 or 7- day minimum.
Trip Cancellation Protection
Plans change. Emergencies happen. Trip Cancellation Protection is a valuable option for groups that may need to make last-minute changes to their reservations. This option protects your vacation investment in case of an emergency resulting in the cancellation of your rental. When you purchase this protection, your houseboat deposit and rental payment become fully refundable if you cancel your trip due to an emergency, whether it is for medical, professional or personal reasons.
Trip Cancellation may only be purchased 90+ days prior to the start of your trip. Trip Cancellation Protection is not available inside of 90 days from arrival at the marina and cannot be canceled or transferred once purchased. If your reservation dates change, and Trip Cancellation Protection has been purchased, this protection cannot be applied to the new reservation within 90 days of your trip. Please call for rates.
Full Payment
Payment in full is required within one week of your deposit. For Holiday Weekends- Memorial Day – Fourth of July- Labor Day payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, notify us at least 90 days before your departure date. Your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations received less than 90 days before scheduled departure are subject to forfeiture of total prepayment. If full rental payment is not received at least 90 days before departure date, your reservation will be considered cancelled and your entire prepayment will be forfeited. Reservations made less than 90 days in advance must be paid in full within 72 hours of booking.
If you must reschedule your vacation or change your equipment rental during the same year, there is a $150.00 change fee when original departure date is more than 60 days in advance. Any rescheduling requests 59 days or less before original departure date will be treated as a cancellation. See cancellation policy. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. For this reason, we recommend "Trip Cancellation Protection".
